Dietary restrictions
When making your booking, please inform the chef by stating all food allergies in detail and at least 24 hours before arrival as we offer a single tasting menu.
Any modification requested regarding a food allergy or intolerance, which is not communicated at the time of booking, will be subject to an additional charge.
Reservation policies
For dinner reservations from 5 people on, the Full Experience Menu will be served.
On Friday and Saturday evening, as on public holidays and the eve of a public holiday, we will propose the Full Experience Menu only, for all our guests.
Please note that we prefer payments by card in the restaurant. For safety reasons we cannot accept €500 notes.
Due to daily no-shows, we ask a ‘showing-up guarantee’ of each guest. Each guest can cancel their booking without cancellation cost till 48 hours before arrival for reservations up till 4 people and 72h days for bigger parties. After this window of time, the guarantee will compensate the food loss due to the late cancellation or no-show.
