On Friday evening and Saturday evenings we serve only the Mycellium and Kairos Menu.
The Mycellium Menu is exclusively for arrivals between 5.30 and 6 pm. Our Kairos Menu is offered to guests arriving at 7 pm or later.
On public holidays and the eve of a public holiday we serve solely the Kairos Menu.

Dietary restrictions
When making your booking, please inform the chef by stating all food allergies in detail and at least 24 hours before arrival as we offer a single tasting menu.
Any modifications regarding a food allergy or intolerance, which is not communicated at the time of booking, will be subject to an additional charge of 15 euro.
Reservation policies
Due to daily no-shows, we ask a ‘showing-up guarantee’ of each guest. Each guest can cancel their booking without cancellation cost till 48 hours before arrival. After this window of time, the guarantee will compensate the food loss due to the late cancellation or no-show.
Please note that we prefer payments by card in the restaurant. For safety reasons we unfortunately cannot accept €500 notes.
Reservations for one to 5 guests can be booked online.
For parties with 6 or more guests, please send your request to [email protected] and we will personally assist you with your reservation.
Privatisation of the restaurant
Humus x hortense restaurant can also be booked privately. For more information about exclusive dinners, business events, wedding parties or photo shoots, please contact [email protected].
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year as mentioned on the voucher. After this date the voucher can still be used for 50% of its value for another year. After 2 years (24 months) the gift voucher will no longer be valid due to index changes.
